For Airbnb and SpareRoom hosts
Give each photo a job: introduce the place, show a different space, or highlight a useful detail. Choose 3 to 6 subjects and write a plain caption for each.
Pick the photo that best shows what the place is, such as the main living space for a holiday let or the bedroom for a spare room. Choose something a guest will recognise on arrival, not the most dramatic angle you own.
One photo per space is plenty. A typical set might be:
Name the subject and state only what you can see or can honestly confirm: “Double bedroom with a desk by the window”, not “the most relaxing bedroom ever”. Leave out prices, availability, and claims about the neighbourhood unless you are certain they are accurate. Edit anything the draft adds that you did not write.
“Harbour Lane Flat” is an invented one-bedroom holiday let used only to show the format. It is not a real listing. Your photos and facts will differ.
Enter the five photo subjects in the free builder, one per line. For example:
Listing: Harbour Lane Flat (holiday let)
Length: 15 seconds, 5 photos
1. Living area with a sofa bed and a window onto the lane
2. Double bedroom with a wardrobe
3. Small kitchen with a hob and kettle
4. Bathroom with a shower
5. Front door and entrance step
Use only the facts above. Do not add amenities, prices, availability or location claims.
The real builder output also includes suggested seconds per photo and a narration draft, and every line is editable.
Ready for the app? Follow the photo-to-reel walkthrough, including the length control and plan review.
The free brief builder turns your 3 to 6 subjects into a shot order and narration draft in your browser. Nothing you type is sent. You can then paste it into the optional notes field when you make a reel in Kadapt.
