Listing photo shot list
A printable room-by-room shot list for a listing photo shoot. Pick the property type, edit the shots, change the order and add notes, then print it or save a PDF or PNG for your photographer. It lists the property only. Nothing you type is sent or stored.

Why bring a shot list to the shoot
A photographer who knows the order and the must-have frames finishes faster and misses less. A written list also means you do not have to reshoot a missing bathroom or the back garden after the light has gone.
What the shot list covers
- Exterior and twilight: straight-on front, an angle, the entry, and a dusk shot with the lights on.
- Living, kitchen and dining: the rooms buyers look at first, from the doorway and one wider angle.
- Primary bedroom and baths: the main bedroom and each bathroom, plus other bedrooms and flex rooms.
- Outdoor and amenities: yard, deck, pool, garage and building or community facilities where they are part of the property.
- Land: road access, boundaries, terrain and views in each direction.
Using it
- Pick the property type and add the address, shoot date and your contact details.
- Untick shots that do not apply, edit the wording, reorder and add notes such as “lamp off” or “ask owner to move the car”.
- Print it or save a PDF or PNG and send it to the photographer before the shoot.
- Tick shots off on the day, and add any extras you think of.
Photos from the shoot can also become a short vertical reel. If you plan to make one, ask for a few frames with room to crop to a tall shape, and see the listing reel shot order planner for how many photos fit a reel of a given length. Kadapt turns listing photos into vertical reels.

Common questions
Is the listing photo shot list really free?
Yes. There is no signup and no watermark. The list is built in your browser and you can print it, save it as a PDF through the print dialog, or download it as a PNG image.
Which property types does it cover?
House, condo, townhome and land or lot. Each starts from a different set of rooms and areas, and you can switch type at any time. Switching type replaces the list with that type's starting shots.
Can I change the shots and their order?
Yes. Untick a shot to leave it off, edit its wording, move shots and sections up or down, remove them, add your own, and write a note beside any shot. The numbers on the sheet follow your order.
Why are twilight and exterior shots on the list?
A clear front exterior is the usual opening image for a listing, and a dusk shot with the lights on is a common extra. Both are optional: untick whatever your photographer does not offer or the property does not need.
Is anything I type sent or stored?
No. The page runs entirely in your browser. Your notes, address and contact details are not uploaded, saved or tracked. Reload the page and they are gone.
Can I use the shots for a video reel as well?
Yes. Vertical reels are built from the same photos, so it helps to ask for a few extra frames with room to crop to a tall shape. Kadapt turns listing photos into vertical reels, and the reel shot order planner shows how many photos fit a reel of a given length.
