Real estate content calendar generator

Choose how many posts a week and what to focus on, and get a 30-day social content calendar with a caption prompt for every post. Copy it or print it. Nothing you type is sent or stored.

Focus areas

Prompts are starting points, not finished captions. Check what you post against fair housing rules and your local advertising rules.

30-DAY CONTENT CALENDAR
Write each caption in your own voice and describe the property, the market or your work, never the people who live nearby. Check wording with the free fair housing checker at kadapt.com/real-estate/tools.

Why plan a month of content

Most agents do not run out of things to say, they run out of time to decide what to say. A calendar takes the decision away: open it on Monday, see today’s post and its prompt, and shoot it. A steady rhythm, even two or three posts a week, tends to beat bursts of daily posts that stop after ten days.

What the calendar mixes

  • Listings: new on the market, a feature of the home, price changes and open houses.
  • Market: plain-English updates, simple explainers and answers to questions clients ask.
  • Local: places, businesses, events and the things that make an area useful, described by what is there rather than who lives there.
  • Behind the scenes: how you prepare for a showing, a day in your work, and lessons from the job.
  • Tips: short advice for buyers and sellers, such as prep checklists and what to expect.

Using it

  1. Pick how many posts a week you can keep up. Start lower than you think you need.
  2. Tick the focus areas. The calendar rotates through them so each gets a fair share.
  3. Copy the calendar into your notes or a spreadsheet, or print it.
  4. Batch the shoot: film or photograph several posts in one sitting, then schedule them.
  5. Turn each prompt into a caption with the Instagram caption generator and run it through the fair housing checker.

Listing posts work best as video. If you have photos but no time to edit, Kadapt turns listing photos into a vertical reel with a script and voiceover. More free tools are on the free tools for real estate agents page.

Common questions

Is the content calendar generator really free?

Yes. There is no signup and no watermark. The calendar is built in your browser, and you can copy it as text or print it, or save it as a PDF through the print dialog.

Does Kadapt see what I type?

No. Your area, the start date and your choices are used only to build the calendar on your own screen. Nothing is sent to Kadapt, stored, or used in analytics. The only thing counted is that someone pressed copy or print, never what was in the calendar.

Does it write my captions?

No. Each post has a caption prompt: a short instruction about what to say and what to show. You write the caption in your own voice, or turn the prompt into a draft with the free Instagram caption generator.

How are the posts chosen?

The calendar spreads your chosen number of posts across each week and rotates through the focus areas you ticked, so no one theme takes over. Every prompt comes from a fixed list that is checked for wording: there is no AI and no random text.

Is the wording fair housing safe?

The prompts describe properties, the market, places and your own work. They never ask you to describe the kind of people who live somewhere, and they steer away from words about who a home is suited to. Still, you write the final caption, so run it through the free fair housing checker before posting.

Which platforms is it for?

Any. The format suggestions (reel, carousel, photo, story) work on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Pick the ones your clients use and ignore the rest.

Can I change a post?

Once you copy the calendar into a document or spreadsheet you can change anything. On the page, change the posts per week, the focus areas or the start date to rebuild it.
