The four groups
- Location: your city and neighbourhood with real estate words, so people searching the place can find the post.
- Property: the kind of home in the post, such as condo or townhome.
- Niche: the kind of post, such as just listed or open house.
- Broad: general real estate topics. They describe the topic of the post and say nothing about how far it will travel.
Using the set
- Enter your city, and a neighbourhood if the listing has one.
- Choose the property type and the kind of post. Pick a copy set size that fits the platform.
- Delete any tag that does not fit this post. A short, relevant set is better than a long one.

Is the real estate hashtag generator really free?
Yes. There is no signup and no watermark. The tags are built in your browser, and you can edit the copy set before you copy it.
Does Kadapt see the city I type?
No. The city, neighbourhood and your choices are used only to build the tags on your own screen. Nothing is sent to Kadapt or stored. The only thing counted is that someone pressed a copy button, never which tags.
Will these hashtags increase my reach?
No tool can promise that, and this one does not try. Tags help a platform and a searcher understand what a post is about. The sets are a mix of place, property, post type and broad topic tags for you to try, then keep what suits your account.
How many hashtags should I use?
Platform limits and advice differ and change over time, so check the current rules for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube before you post. The copy set is 20 to 30 tags so you can trim it to fit. Using fewer, more relevant tags is always fine.
Why are there no tags for types of buyers or people?
Tags aimed at who should live somewhere can read as steering under fair housing rules. These sets describe the place, the property and the kind of post only.
Do I need to include the # symbol?
The tags come with the # already added, and only letters and numbers are kept because spaces, apostrophes and symbols break a hashtag.
